Well, to all my dedicated fan's, it's been awhile.  Can you believe that it was 2 years ago that kevin and I were galavanting around Europe and checking out the best hockey in the world at the olympic games.  I suppose I never wrote about my adventure through Spain, another time.  Perhaps all write about it the next time that I do it.

Now I'm back in Halifax and living on Quinpool road with Baerbel.  We are happy as clams in sand and tonight we made one of the most amazing Pizza's of all time.  Let me share a secret with you....  Herb and Garlic Pasta sauce, spinach, feta, mushrooms, rosemary leaves,parmasan, sliced garlic, salt and cheddar on top.  you will not be disappointed. 

I also got a house and renovated it, that's at the end phase now although I shouldn't have paid the electricians in full until their job was done.  Now they are being pains in the ass and I just want the power on.

It is cold as all hell in Halifax right now and my book recommendation is "the 4-hour work week" by Timothy Ferriss.  It's a nice look at haw to make money and live life doing what you want to do.
